Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Student" or "User") and K.K. University ("University", "we", "our", or "us").
By applying for admission, enrolling in any program, or using any university services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not enroll or use our services.
Admission & Enrollment
Admission Requirements
- All admissions are subject to meeting eligibility criteria and document verification
- The University reserves the right to verify all submitted documents and reject applications with false information
- Admission offers can be withdrawn if eligibility criteria are not met or documents are found to be fake
- Students must complete enrollment formalities within the specified deadline
Enrollment Conditions
- Students must maintain continuous enrollment unless on approved leave
- The University may cancel enrollment for non-payment of fees or serious misconduct
- Transfer to other programs or institutions is subject to university policies and approval
Fee Payment & Refunds
Fee Payment
- • Tuition and other fees must be paid as per the published fee structure and schedule
- • Late payment may result in penalties, denial of access to facilities, or enrollment cancellation
- • Fee structure is subject to revision at the discretion of the University
- • All fees are non-transferable between students or academic years
Refund Policy
- • Refunds are processed as per the university refund policy available on the website
- • Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeline
- • Processing fees and certain charges are non-refundable
- • Refunds may take 30-45 working days to process
Student Responsibilities
As a student of KK University, you are expected to:
Maintain academic integrity and honesty in all academic work
Attend classes regularly and participate actively in academic activities
Pay fees and other charges as per the prescribed schedule
Comply with university rules, regulations, and code of conduct
Respect university property and maintain campus cleanliness
Behave courteously with faculty, staff, and fellow students
Submit all required documents and information accurately and on time
Report any ragging, harassment, or misconduct to appropriate authorities
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Ragging, bullying, or harassment of any kind
Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty
Unauthorized access to university systems or data
Damage to university property or infrastructure
Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances on campus
Possession of weapons or dangerous materials
Political activities without prior permission
Commercial activities or unauthorized business within campus
Violation of these terms may result in disciplinary action including suspension or expulsion.
Intellectual Property Rights
University Content
All course materials, lecture content, logos, and university publications are protected by copyright
Student Work
Students retain copyright to their original work, except research conducted using university resources
Research Output
Research and innovations developed using university facilities may be subject to institutional IP policies
Limitation of Liability
The University strives to provide quality education and services but does not guarantee:
- • Specific academic outcomes or performance results
- • Placement or employment opportunities
- • Continuous availability of all facilities and services
- • Prevention of all technical issues or interruptions
The University is not liable for:
- • Personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged on campus
- • Injuries or accidents except due to proven negligence
- • Delays or changes in academic schedules due to unforeseen circumstances
- • Third-party services or external links provided for convenience
Amendments to Terms
KK University reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the university website.
Students are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Continued enrollment or use of university services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your relationship with the University shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.
