Grievance Redressal Process

Your grievance is received and a ticket ID is generated

2. Review (24-48 hours)

The grievance committee reviews your submission

3. Investigation

Relevant parties are consulted and facts are verified

4. Resolution (7-15 days)

You will be contacted with the resolution or next steps
